Meet Betty, an experienced floral designer who has transferred her skills to catering. Betty is always focused on the little details, from venue design to presentation, to make sure everything is perfect for your event. With her front-of-house service team, Betty has been delivering excellent service and products for the past 25 years.

Now, let's introduce you to Russell. Over 40 years ago, Russell started his culinary training with chefs from Switzerland, France, and Canada. He learned from the best in each culinary section, from saucier to patissier. Russell's love for fresh and local ingredients was instilled in him by a French chef he worked with at a Montreal hotel.

After working as an Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at a national hotel chain in Halifax, Russell and Betty moved to Dutch Valley, New Brunswick, where they started The Chef's Table in 1997. They have been providing excellent service and cuisine to the local community and surrounding cities ever since. Russell and Betty are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and are proud to be recommended by their clients for their caliber of service and cuisine.
